BlockchainyourIP pools the carbon footprint of the proofs generated through advanced cryptographic processes, as part of an eco-responsible approach. Today, a Blockchain proof generated with BlockchainyourIP consumes 20 W/h per document, the equivalent of an e-mail with an attachment.

The blockchain proof is compatible with any type of document without any format limitation. (Images / Video / 3d file / Computer code ...). However, we recommend that you opt for standard formats to simplify the use of the evidence in the event of litigation, which may take several years to resolve.

The maximum file size supported by BlockchainyourIP is more than sufficient for most applications. The limit per file is between 2GB and 200MB, depending on the hosting solution chosen by the customer.

We chose to develop BlockchainyourIP using only Open Source standards adopted by other players and for other use cases (Microsoft, Philips etc...).

All the evidence generated can therefore be verified independently of BlockchainyourIP using open source tools, in particular the Blockchain evidence verifier from our partner bailiff Jérôme Legrain.
